Black bean - Roasted Butternut squash Burritos

The best burritos I’ve ever made. I loved the sweetness thanks to the butternut squash.

Ingredients:

Butternut squash, peeled, cubed, & roasted
Rice ( add fresh cilantro right after it cooks for a fresh touch )
Onions
Garlic cloves, minced
Red pepper, chopped
Salt + Pepper + Cumin + Coriander - Be creative!
Serrano Peppers
Black beans ( Add bacon for a delish touch when cooking them )Organic Raw Mild cheddar
Tortilla wraps
Toppings of choice: (avocado, salsa,  sour cream, spinach/lettuce, cilantro, etc) for mine I made a fresh guacamole + Salsa and voila!

Cut the butternut squash in cubes and roast it in the oven for 25 mins aprox, season with salt + pepper + fresh garlic + cilantro + olive oil + lemon juice + touch of brown sugar + cumin. Cook beans, before you start cooking them you can saute little pieces of bacon for a nice smoky flavor ;) . Cook your rice and add fresh cilantro at the end for a touch of freshness.

I don't write proportions on my recipe because I can't follow directions ;) so be creative!
